That Z8 really is an all time gorgeous design. And the G83 M4 Cab, for all the flak it's taken because of its grille, actually looks nice, esp in that metallic green shade.

Saw 1 in Sao Paulo yellow, also very striking. Doesn't hurt Z8 that it has 400 bhp. E39 M5 V8, stick. & minimalist retro. interior design, sounds like Amerikuhn muscle car when you floor it with the top down.

I think the M4 Cabriolet is all about the sensation. Fresh air, sunlight and that mighty engine unfiltered. And it's still way sportier than your normal Cabriolet, it looks amazing and is still plenty fast. I could live with one being the least sporty of the M3 and M4 range besides the X M models. :D I wish Roadstr was getting more popular here in Southern Germany, it's pretty much an empty realm here in terms of meets, trips and so on. Thanks for the video, really brightening up my day through the screen.

My clinic boss (I recently finished residency down in SoCal) in Upland traded in an older M3 for a Guilia Quad. Love the sterring wheels on those, one of the best designed ones out there I must say.

Best handling/forgiving sport car ever made. I worked for 7 years selling them in USA, matched them against MB, Audi etc BMW almost always came up a better driving car, you drive one and you’re sold right away.

I’ve only ever seen a Z8 in a dealer showroom! Definitely an ageless car. When are you doing another C&M run Joe? Picking up my new car next week when I’m back in the uk and looking forward to a run out in that rather than the mrs cooper s 😁

Great video. I hear your comments about "scuttleshake" in the G83, and I am always confused. I own a G83 here in Canada and don't find the issue at all - much less so than my AMG. Perhaps the roads are just that bad in the UK!? Our roads are just too straight here 😞 Anyway - great video as always.

Just taken delivery of a G23 convertable in sanremo green with every single option added as it was a BMW show car and its bloody lovely especially compared to the 2019 C class convertable it replaced its light years ahead of the Merc technology wise , just wish I could afford the M4 version but hey-ho beggers n choosers n all that 😀 😢

So nice just listening to the engine noise during the video 😆. It’s always a struggle for me, I love convertibles (even in our UK weather!), but coupes are nearly always much better looking. How is the M4 Cab balance? Wondering how you felt the grip vs weight held itself in the corners and bends?
