The New Hall at Shildon Locomotion Museum (Plus Replica 'Rocket' in Steam) - 24th May 2024

A visit to Shildon Locomotion Museum, Shildon, County Durham, on 24th May 2024 where the New Hall was open for the very first time to members of the public. Housing 40 plus rail vehicles and locomotives in addition to the current display of locos and stock in the main Hall of the museum adjacent to the new building.
A replica of the 'Rocket' was also providing rides down the short track outside the museum halls which can be seen running in this video with a selection of video clips of the rail vehicles displayed in the New Hall.
