A very timely video! I've been looking for a 20" Fat Folder with 750W hub and full suspension and this looks like a great candidate. I always find that the bikes go just 1-2 mph faster in PAS pedaling over the throttle only speeds, no matter the sprocket size. Rear hub motors just cut off as you go beyond their limits. With no weight and rear tire lifted it might say 40 mph on the speedo but once you are on it the motor has a limit unless going down hill.

@William Sims vitilan is light and good for everyday use. The H6 is big and heavy, only good for long rides, but once you return home and need to lift it or store it, it will become heavy and uncomfortable to move around. With class 3 they are programmed to cut out assist at 28 mph. Best speed will be around 30 but with a 48 tooth sprocket and higher then 11 tooth rear sprocket you will have to pedal like a mad man. So no way to reach anywhere near 40. You ever build an ebike to go that fast on a small battery like this one and you would run out of battery very fast. Let alone the motor would not hold up over time.. so because of these restrictions they are all still basically the same ebike as all the other 20 inch 750 watt e-bikes

The design is such the perfect mix of modern and futuristic vs the dumb ultra minimal ones where the main gimmick is a spoke less tire, or that the frame is either a parallelagram/triangle etc. The ultra minimal look doesn't look futuristic anymore. Vanmoof for like 5 grand doesn't even provide signals, or a freaking LCD screen. Instead it just has a ring of light around the handles I thought would be at least somewhat visible as blinkers but upon testing it they aren't even blinkers but show 1 metric at a time I. E. Pedal assist and battery life. You have to provide your own phone if you could believe it and use an app then attach it to the center where heybike and jasion its American loss leader prototype company where you can get the beta to the Tyson the eb7 for clearance right now but the Tyson is just so much better and literally has all the features all modern bikes should have. A front and break light is just the most basic foundational lighting which the jasion eb7 has. It only doesn't have the signals. I wish jasion would release the Tyson as a eb9 which will probably be a more powerful eb5, then the eb11 which would very likely be the next half step iteration of the Tyson... I'd so rather buy from jasion since they're based in Irvine and have excellent and speedy customer support. Jasion being a loss leader prototype subsidiary had the next iteration of the Mars, the eb7 which is pretty obviously a skeletal prototype of the Tyson. The Tyson is such a everything bike I have no idea what jasion will release as its eb11 next prototype of the Tyson. The Tyson seems like it's just so complete. Maybe they'll go the other way and sell a more minimal variant of the Tyson but in exchange you get there excellent customer support. I accidentally fried my battery during the bomb cyclone, the batteries were going through iterative upgrades from the midi 3 prong interface to the new and improved toothed connection which seems like it's setting up to allow for you to connect more than one battery in series for extended range and a docking bag station that allows you to just slip the battery into a dock. At this point especially relative to the eb7 its like the eb7 is the original Nintendo switch and the Tyson is the switch OLED and I have no idea what ems they can add. A social network feature so you can find other riders and ride as a pack with audio for music and communication with nearby bikes via voice would make the Tyson 2.0 or jasion eb7 so useful. I'm working on a Com system that's entirely radio based so you can easily talk at normal volumes with your riding partner. Most like the eb9 will be an upgraded eb5 and be like the explorer but the next stage since it wouldn't need to be a ranger or I guess might as well make both a big and a small folding bike, one larger for more mtb while then eb11 can be like the Tyson but even more capable of off road. The solid body design is so gorgeous it looks like something out of a not too distant future based video game. Having the next Tyson / eb11 have social Nintendo Street pass type capabilities could help build communities and work together for industrial use.

I do not get it. All these ebike like this are all nearly identical .. 48v15ah battery. 750 watts. Same form factor and size. Vitilan, Engwe, Wallke, heybike to name a few.. would like to see something different.. this is new but to me does not offer anything different then all these others. This still has the wrong chainring. For an ebike 52 tooth should always be minimum. Even Lectric knows this as there’s is 52 tooth. The rear cassette should (always) go down to 11 tooth. Are they still using 18650 cells? At this price i would expect 52v… 21700 cells. Push the norm. Exceed the boundaries that are already in so many other e-bikes.. Edited to add: i really like the look of this. I think only thing i like . To add ability to add a second battery like shown in this video would be nice.
