Hey Dan: thought maybe I missed a video somewhere about the water heating freezing and buying the new cart, but I'm not seeing it. Did you post one?
@HotDoggingwithDan3 жыл бұрын
The water heater froze in my "First use" video... I made a community post about the new cart. Not everyone saw the community post. No big deal. There will be a video on the new cart!

Hi Dan. Great to hear from you! When I spoke to you last you said you got a new cart. I thought you were talking about the used big dog cart that you picked up a couple of months ago. I didn't realize you bought a brand new cash cow cart! Awsome! The suspense is killing me. I will definitely stay tuned! 👍😊👍

I will be totally honest.... I like the cash cow better than the Big Dog cart
@HotDoggingwithDan3 жыл бұрын
They both have their good and bad... this biggest thing that I've noticed is that everything on the cash cow can be reached from the front of the cart. The big dog is so big that you have to walk around the cart to get to the sinks, cooler, and bread box... on the flip side, the added work space on the big dog is nice, as there isn't much work space on the cash cow... I havent worked wither of them yet, so I dont know which one I like better, but we will see soon, hopefully.

@MrBrisket: why do you like the Cash Cow better than the Big Dog?
@mrbrisket67943 жыл бұрын
@@lanfordmims5080 it’s the same cart just smaller
@DarkroomZombie3 жыл бұрын
Awesome! I been considering upgrading to the Cash Cow cart myself. My current cart is a old used Willy Dog push cart. It works well on the city streets/ public way. However it's just to limiting in storage, and is a pain to transport using a cargo hitch.

Hey Dan you think you will ever get to 100k a year just working at the Beaver? I watched another video by Ben Wilson that said to make the big bucks you need to cater parties, schools, etc. have you catered any?

I dont do much catering, but 100k/year is a fair expectation

Can your new shop be licensed as a commissary?
@HotDoggingwithDan3 жыл бұрын
I asked the health inspector this question. It could be. I would have to completely redo the walls and ceiling with food/kitchen safe material (no plywood) and add appropriate drains, 3 Bay sink, hand wash sink, mop sink, and food storage and prep equipment.... it would take a good amount of money. Not impossible, but not in the plans for the near future.
@papascateringstreetfood21733 жыл бұрын
@@HotDoggingwithDan sounds overly expensive. Discussed with my commissary. Those requirements are standard. My commissary's walls are fiberglass reinforced paneling (FRP) that is easily washable. Please film the construction conversion. BEST WISHES.
