The New House Needs Some Work... Now that the news is out, I can finally start posting more of the behind the scenes stuff! We are SO excited to start making this house our home, but there is a LOT that needs to be done. I want to document the process so that we have something to look back on in the future. Today, I mainly wanted to go through and make a list of stuff to do/bring next time I come up!

This will be our new little reno journey channel. HGTV = Happy Garrett's Television. You know we're all going to hound you into building a concrete skatepark on the property lol. Build it all yourself! Maybe try a small dry pour section and see how it goes.

Definitely take a day and set off a couple bug foggers in the spider room (I tried to say this a different way and I think KZbin was censoring me lol weird). After that if you're regularly in the area most of them will stay away. Clean and paint the old crusty shelves. You can never have too much storage/shelving and those are extra cool because you can adjust their size. For sure stairs and trails are not necessities, but man the property would be cool if you added some. Are you putting a skatepark in anywhere or nah? Edit: Nvm, I just caught the last video. And congrats dude! That's a great property. Super happy for you.

You should fill out that wood ceiling with the same color wood as the supports. I think you should do the pathway that way you could add berms to skate down with That indoor section could be a skatepark but for the garage I would make into a dirtbike / buggy workshop who know maybe you could add MTB trails

Are you gonna miss street skating and the skateparks you used to go to? 3. Are you gonna get a hot tub? Anyways I can’t imagine how overwhelmed you are! Also the water fall at 4:00 is sick my dad has a little pond in our front yard with a tiny water fall and fish haha!
