Important note about the DJI mic 2 connection to Insta360; the bluetooth audio is not high quality (lots of clipping and garbled noise). DJI mic 2's cannot use noise reduction or internal recording when you're connected to any camera other than the DJI action pros via Bluetooth. I would recommend keeping the Mic 2 disconnected and sync the recording in post if you want higher quality audio. Last i checked, Insta360 is trying to figure out how to make the audio connection better. (Just to clarify, my discoveries are from testing my X4 with the DJI mic 2)

A bit expansive but this camera has merits ! Can it read a car plate during a ride or will it appears blurred ? I would like to use the dashcam feature included when I am not recording for a video.

have you (or anyone in the comments) had problems charging it? i got the dual battery bundle and both of them will not charge at all unless the camera is turned on and is connected to the app on my phone. i've contacted them but waiting to hear back :(

I haven't had any troubles charging. All I can suggest is to check if the firmware is up to date.

@@MotoFeelz I've figured it out, it works with a usb-a to usb-c but not with the usb-c to c which is weird because it came with one.

@@ericahewittprobably had something to do with the reverse charging, your cam probably thinks it’s needed for charging a different device instead of charging itself. Try c to c with different cable and c charger

Definitely gonna need your comparison video. From where I sit, the GoPro is DOA, making this a 2 horse race between Insta360 & DJI. I currently have GoPro 9s & a couple Hero 5 Sessions, so I'm very much in need of (want, actually) new video gear. The Ace Pro 2 is looking mighty fine, but is it worth the extra cost over the OA5?......
