At the end Will asks for another chance to be Megan's brother. How could she possibly turn him down; he was a wonderful person with a good heart and values, and would make the most wonderful brother anyone could ask for. Anything "wrong" he ever did was never intentional. Will is a prime example of what I'd consider "the perfect brother."
