I would love to see how Archfiends Chaos goes against Archfiend Labrynths. Seems like two fairly strong ways to build Archfiends.

Yeah that'd be pretty cool! It's almost like combo vs control. I suspect that the Labrynth build could end up being better in the grind game but it all depends on how explosive we can make a synchro variant

Shell and Core are definitely going to be played as an engine, combined with the lvl 6 synchro it's really strong. I don't really like the witch since it completely locks you into light/dark synchros, even though the effect itself can be powerful. All in all happy that Archfiends have another ace up it's sleeve now.

Yeah I agree with you on Witch. From testing there's not much going for her unless you banish her off Allure or something. Not a fan of normal summoning her for the tokens when we have Tour Guide. Chaos Mirage Dragon is a way better normal summon in any case

I really hope that with the Chessfiends arriving in Speed Duel that dedicated Archfiend support won't be too far behind. Also, how's the climb in Master Duel?

Yeah hopefully! And so far so good just slow. I haven't had much time to play it regularly, and with the season changing each month, this might be a long grind. I've got some games saved so far though!

My mind immediately went to Chaos King Archfiend when the new Chaos "Archfiend" (really Demon) was unveiled. Such a fun card, such an iconic Jack card.

The aesthetics would be amazing honestly. A chibi Archfiend Emperor Why haven't they made a card like that actually? They can just go all in on the royal line and give Archfiends a Prince, Princess, Duke etc. That would be very cool

Could be interesting! It's definitely a cool card but the issue is that it doesn't really negate things, but a banish is still a very powerful disruption

I've been using Archfiends Synchroes before it was cool Most would go with Red Daemons Dragon but I try for my own way like Yusei when he faces Jack in the last of 5Ds After fiddling with it and trying things, its currently the deck that beat my other decks like Nordic and Neos and HERO Here's my Archfiend deck. I like the addition of Destrudo for extra lines of play! I would definitely bump Glitch up to at least 2, it's one of our best cards really I say this but I only own 1 copy in real life myself :D

@@TheArchfiendGuy I actually recently pulled my 3rd Glitch. Any ideas on what to take out for em? Also, in the next pack was a TCG Exclusive that helps Fiends, Zalamander Catalyzer. It seems useful in this for dumping Level 8s for the Dark Spirits to revive or Heiress to search. Its also a Common so there's a good chance of getting one.

I know this ain't related to Archfiend's but you're the only Yu-Gi-Oh player that is dedicated to an archetype and tries to figure out ways in which you can improve said archetype I got a friend hooked on Psy frames and after he tested the template I showed him he recommended Accel Synchro stardust dragon and was making Barrone de fleurs on the opponent's turn. This was what then made me realize that you can synchro summon the lvl 10 swordsoul synchro monster on your opponents turn and Psy frame synchro monsters banish themselves too. So basically if I have a Psy frame synchro monster and I also synchro summon the level 10 swordsoul synchro monster I can banish three cards. One from my opponent's hand field and graveyard making it basically a trishula every turn for both player's turns. This is something that might push Psy frames into a rogue deck especially if there's multiple Psy frame synchros. Lambda makes this all possible as well and that was the happiest I've ever been actually witnessing a new strat being created and actually having a hand in creating it.

That sounds crazy! I know that Barrone is technically more versatile and stronger than Chengying, but I think Chengying is more powerful as time goes on. And Chengying is a fraction of the cost! £100 vs £0.99 is a no brainer in my book I should start calling this type of inflation the negate tax. I think all the synchro tuners that quick effect synchro summon are worth looking into. Shooting Riser Dragon being particularly good in Archfiends just for the extra mill

@@TheArchfiendGuy That's the fun for Psy frames though tbf this is the format of one card combos and making three omegas when you could opt for a negate instead is not worth it at least to me.

It's very frustrating that they still refuse to give direct support to archfiends since they only create cards that synergize with archfiends but few of them have the word "archfiend" Is it that hard to make them archfiends? This is for Labrynth and Chaos because they can perfectly well be archfiends, but no... better if they are another archetype and only some cards are useful for archfiends In conclusion, I want a pure archfiend support :)

Don't we all! We did just get Berserk Archfiend, which is as close to pure support as we're going to get right now I think. But I'd love a starter card that searches or summons other Archfiends.
