Biggest sleeper disc for me has gotta be the Prodigy FX-4. The flight numbers they gave it are wrong, but it flies great and feels amazing in my hands.

Cool to see you using the European birdies bag. Have been using their first bag, Frid, for two years now - and the quality is second to none.

I bought em all, except the Pyro, for a local glow league. They are all great so far.

I’ve been putting with the pixels for this season. I highly recommend it for a point and shoot kind of putter. I’ve thrown it a handful of times but i prefer to putt with it myself. Overall my favorite MVP disc.

The Gateway Chief is a very underrated putter. They also make a Chief OS.

Fission tends to make wings mold out lower so that's why they're often flippy. Find a Fission disc with a normal wing and it's usually super stable.

I'll say it's also the beating in-thing even though if it has a normal wing - I say from experience.
@mmdoofСағат бұрын
@JazzInATinCan yes, mine have also beaten in faster than most other plastics. But the point about shape is good to keep in mind when shopping for discs.

I've. Been throwing a Innova TL. For 20 plus years. I now love the TL3. BRADLEY. WILLIAMS JUST DID A SHORT REVIEW OF ONE.

uphill putts require flippy putters start below the basket and hyzerflip it up and into the basket. personally i like a sonic for this.

I would love to see a Thoughtspace vid/even just opinions on their discs in like a “fireside chat” if not playin a round. Such a cool company imo

As a Pyro guy myself, I can testify that the ring finger thing on the grip is more comfortable than other disc. 😂

Exaggerate the follow through and finish high for uphill putts. I also find it helps most people to think about "spinning it up" to the basket. So focus at the start on getting more spin, and follow through slightly up and truly exaggerate the follow through. As an aside, dude, you gotta breathe before and during your putts in general. You tend to hold your breath until after the putt goes in. You are doing a Valsalva Maneuver like you're hitting a squat. (watch the first putt on hole 16 for reference) You want to do the opposite of the Valsalva, which helps keep muscles tight. Something similar to box breathing which helps you keep your muscles relaxed during the movement. Quite a few pros have adapted this already. Andy Marwede does this just like hes shooting free throws. In breath to bring the ball (disc) into the shooting pocket and breath out during the shot (putt/follow through). Kevin Jones is a great example too. I feel like he brought over exactly what he did as a kicker with how he takes a huge breath in and then out with a sharp exhale during the swing. Just a good deeep belly breath as you walk up, and find a rhythmic - in - out - breath to do during the swing of your putt. Practice different rhythms and log it to see what works best for you. Watch em fall after that.
