I received mine on the 13th paid my deposit on 6th of October, I think if you ordered the flex it was advised as a month later as I had the Advanced plus's. I love it, so happy with it.

You're mostly correct on the Advance Flex. Initially they promised March, then they pushed it back to May. Now they've pushed it back again to June. I also paid my deposit around the same time. I'm quite upset that pure haven't released the Flex yet. It's worrying and annoying.

@@m77100I believe it was only released for taking deposits on the 5th of October I paid early morning of the 6th depending when you paid they might have had a lot more interest than they first thaught so between when I paid and when you paid they could have had an enormous response and deposits paid. As it's a new product they will have informed the manufacturer of how many they expect to need in first month as the manufacturer is almost certainly got orders with deadlines for other products from other companies to fulfil. So that no that was initially ordered might have been fulfilled before you placed your deposit and they will have to wait for that companies next available slot for production of the next batch. If only we had a Cristal ball to know how our products would be received. I am sure they are doing their best to get yours to you but trust me the wait will be worth it. Best regards Andy

I paid a deposit for the flex last year and they took full payment in February for scooter I've had no emails from pure about any delays or when I should exspect delivery of my flex scooter I've only found out that there's delays by what ive read on here I wish pure would advise me on the delays if I had known thus I would of ordered the pure advance + instead

So we'll designed and build quality is first rate. So happy with mine and so easy to ride. I think this is what e scooters should be based on when they are leagalised. Fold up so small and easy to transport in the boot of your car. Government need to pull their finger out and get them made leagal ASAP I am sure they have had plenty of time to sort out the requirements by now.

What’s your opinion now owning one of the new stance side by side?? I’m weighing up if the pure air 3 is ok for me or if I spend more and get an advance. Is it worth the extra for folding handlebars and rear indicators and the different stance 🤷‍♂️

@@e-scooterguy I love the side by side, I think you feel more in control and with the footplates low down the center of gravity is lower combined with the steering technology they have used it makes it very stable. I absolutely love mine, you need to try one I think you will be pleasantly surprised and with how small they fold down is brilliant.

Will curry’s let u in store 🤷‍♂️ I did see how low it was but in your experience so u ever get concerned especially when turning you can clip the ground or raised objects at all? I was all set on this one or pay more for an Apollo air or city, then I saw the pure air 3 and xiaomi pro 4 ultra! 🤦🏽

@@e-scooterguy I love mine and I know I have made the right choice for me, I prefer the side by side stance personally I think it's a lot more comfortable that way especially if you was going a long way. The fact that it folds up so small with foldaway handlebars not projecting out is really good if being stored in a hallway or transporting it on a train bus etc where they allow you. Feels very sturdy more than a tubular one does. But the 3 looks to be a good choice as well but just not for me out of the two so it would have been my second choice for a scooter. But I cannot praise Pure enough for build quality

I originally pre ordered the pure advance flex but its been delayed a few times I message them Tuesday and got a reply back from pure electric Wednesday afternoon saying sorry for not contacting me before saying that it's been delayed yet again for a few months and couldn't give me a date when it would be ready for delivery due to production issues taking longer with the folding mechanism on the flex so I reply back saying I wanted to council my order for flex and to order the advance + instead which I quickly had a response back saying they had counciled my flex order and and ordered the advance + for me and refunded the £200 difference back to me im pleased to say that my scooter arrived today Friday and I'm really pleased with it so many thanks pure electric for the speedy delivery of my scooter

So glad you got sorted, I absolutely love mine and not had one negative comment while riding it all positive. I am sure if most e scooter doubters seen these on the road being rode properly they would change their minds. The new advertising vidios by pure in Paris are brilliant and give a idea how they could work in this country. e scooters need to be leagalised in this country ASAP with proper rules and criteria that these scooters are built to that would stop some of the un safe scooters that are being sold.

Just got my Advance + today, but a bit disappointed that the bluetooth right now is a huge vulnerability for a brand new scooter. I don't have it registered to me with a pin, and it really makes me feel unsafe with any ideas of using it to pop to the shops.

Hi @evilkittygurl, thanks for the note - It's just a temporary change to the app, which we're planning to have it back very soon. All of us at Pure also recommend a combination of both digital and physical lock options when leaving your scooter unattended in high traffic areas - just for peace of mind

Why you not tell full story about your app?? The real is that app i not ready yet for new model scooters and they disable scooter registration and setup PIN option then If you have new scooter from them like me better option for yourself is keep it in home until you can register it in to your account otherwise you make easy life for thief. That sad but real.

Hopefully when the new Pure Advance range have been noticed by the people in charge of making the decisions see the features of them and hopefully tried one will see that they are as safe as possible and perhaps try one and get the regulations sorted and introduced ASAP by the end of the year or very early next
