Would be so much better without the comlink integration.

Does this one have mesh in the vents to stop the helmet filling up with bugs!
@beyondcitylimits Жыл бұрын
yes it does. I had that with the air 1. I gave up and taped them them up.

Curious about the functions of the comlink system. Hope it has mesh but is able to pair more than 4 helmets with BT as well. Shoei you make incredible helmets but not being able to choose my own communication system puts me off from buying them... I still have my GT-air 1 for this reason.

What If you put your own intercom system? I understand that the available surface on the sides is limited because of the predefined sockets for the comlink comms. I am thinking of getting the GT Air III (actually was looking the air II which was sena compatible, with more limited space for third party devices) but I want to get the Cardo Packtalk Edge along with my friends for ultimate connectivity between our intercoms.

Just purchased one had the gt air 2 and this 3 is so noisy. Had it fitted by shop but the wind noise from.under the hwlmet is deafening. Seems to be a huge gap in the cheek pieces aling the bottom so wind is howling up through it

1.7kg in M size ...just when it got me interested.

Something must be off about this. My GT Air II is only 1.5kg and 1.550kg with the Sena comms unit.

does it have better vertical visibility than the 2nd iteration? I am still using the first one since the second was so limited in vertical visibility :(( no good on sport bikes
