Yeah with Rover spectro outro skill we get like a few sec time stop then follow it up with any resonator with the new spectro echo your basically Dio and Jotaro at that point.

Hey man I know it feels like sh*t to get the wrong set but try using deff and moonlit set bell born on taoqi it's pretty useful in toa when you want to save verina\baizhi for hazard and fourth levels and the problem is not dealing damage but taking damage randomly with lvl 70\80 characters that I use for level 2 and 3

I swear they somehow swap the RnG droprates for stats. For the turtle finding a rejuvinating one with healing bonus feels like an SSR drop because i either get right set but crit stats or the wrong set (moonlit). But when i'm farming dps set echoes healing bonus stat drop like flies lol

The thing is, I don't farm the bell purposefully. I just get a ton from needing the drops... It's weird how few characters use the new weekly bosses. Xiangli Yao even went back to Scar.

Not really related to the video, I think there are many ways to improve performance of some echoes that made people feeling frustrated to use, which I'll list down my ideas of how to fix it here, hope you guys enjoy and if you feeling generous, file a suggestion to Kuros so they also see this: Thundering Mephis (TM) - Fix the casting condition so it is the same as the version in Illusive Realm, meaning that you can manuver between dodging, dealing DMG and unleasing an attack from TM. This would open up alot of combos surrounding quickswap from a character casting TM to another character, then swap back to cast the next TM attack. This also allow you to reposistioning your character and aim for an attack window to unlease the echo attacks. And finally for some QoL effect - allow TM to scale off the caster's Liberation DMG, which amplify it DMG even more. Inferno Rider (IR) - It is already good enough, but it could be better, so maybe letting the echo scale off the caster Normal ATK DMG and let the Hold version of the echo able to be recast to launch the motorbike toward the enemy (still dealing 1 instance of DMG like how the normal Hold version end) to be more active when you want to escape the riding mode. This also allow you to force the buff effect out faster in exchange for losing 2 initial hit from the echo, which balance out the frontload buff.

Lampylumen Myriad (LM) - I wish there is a better Glacio 4 cost soon, but fixing the old one also good and will benefit all the Lingyang-main outthere. Fixing this would be quite difficult, but maybe increasing it tracking ability for the 3 consecutive ground slam, so you wont actually miss the attack when the enemies blink away. Also let the freezing effect linger longer so it is actually useful in fierce fights. Finally, let it be a 1-click attack and is swapable, so you can cast it for the first hit to land, then swap to your supports while the LM doing it job CC-ing the enemies. These ideas are to make all the same cost echoes is somewhat equal to each other, and not letting one being the inferior version of the other and completely become trash. They are technically free for all so it isnt an issue when it come to balancing patchs in gacha games.

1:03 that's the case for pretty much every character EXCEPT the healers. As long as you have the correct main stat the Echo is completely fine, and it's not a huge team downgrade if you don't have great substats. Generally you just want Energy Regen + the stat their healing scales with (ATK or HP) as both the main and sub stats. The 4 cost can be Healing Bonus or the stat their healing scales with. It's not like a main or sub-DPS where you want Elemental DMG main stat + really need good Crit substats on every piece, ideally also with Energy Regen/ATK%/correct DMG% substats alongside them.

It should also be good for teams where each member contributes to the DPS e.g. Yohou, Yinlin, Xiangli Yao. All can be built for decent damage and scale off of attack, so one member on Fallacy (healing set) and another on Bell Borne (moonlit) can improve each teammates dmg instead of funneling all buffs into a single hypercarry.

5:50 I was mostly dismissing the new echo given that it only gives a 10% Atk & 10% Energy Regen bonus, but thats actually an excellent point i didnt account for. Aside from the tradeoffs you mentionned, Bellborne is also a significantly more flexible echo to use than Heron, given that it doesnt need to be swap canceled, which can prove very valuable on already swap-cancel heavy characters like Moonlit Yinlin & Changli. It can also be used to cancel most animations, which can also prove a great boon on such characters. Definitely farming a Moonlit Bellborne now 👍

7:20 Also worth noting that, judging from the leaks, the Echo has both a "tap" and "hold" condition, with the hold releasing the flurry of attacks we see in the trailer, and the tap only the final hit. Both providing full buffs. I assume the hold mode might be a better filler for concerto/energy gain on some characters like Shorekeeper, Baizhi, or Taoqi, while the tap mode will act as the default outside of that niche

I really do hope that the echo feels good to use otherwise it’ll be a shame, finally getting an on set healing bonus rejuvenating glow echo only to not receive the buff because of the cast time. Fallacy gonna be a must have for shorekeeper cause her crit buffs depend on her energy regen. So buff the energy regen for Shorekeeper is équivalente to buff both crit rate and crit damage for your team.

I'd probably just build FONR rejuv and Moonlit Turtle. Often times, I swap out of heron very late and leaving me haning in the air, literally. Plus, it gives 10% dmg boost to all team members compared to heron which only buffs one person. As long as you're decent in dodging,

glances at my xiangili yao using thundering mephis for the funsies but yeah i as with everyone have a bunch of geochelones, i actually havent fought it that much i just keep getting them from the daily quests, i dunno what it is but ive gotten so many of that and dreamless from them, and a couple jues too. my running around the world and doing waveplate things team is xiangli yao and taoqi, and i use moonlit geochelone for that, i pretty much never have to heal but verina is there also using geochelone and i never swap to her bc shields shorekeeper is gonna be a go and explore team type of character too, given the whole plant collecting as butterfly ability, and were gonna have a bunch of fallacies anyways bc ascension materials, so having a pretty good one is basically a guaruntee if you pull her and you can equip it for doing the not very time intensive and such regular daily activities and itll work fine, so even if its clunky theres also not really any point not to just build a decent one to have

Im seriously wondering to the side if I ever gonna pull for shore keeper, my fear is using ny lost 50/50 guaranteed on her and losing a chance for camellya. On one hand I would love a new support, but im scarce of resources and credits rn. But on the other I want a new support to be more flexible early cuz I got Verina somewhoat built and Baizhi now has both 2 piece Moonlit and Glow set updated for extra heals per second. Ill wait it out and see if I can

My Verina has no problem with Energy regen,. I guess thats why they say kids are full of energy. So im fine keeping the bell turtle on her. But if I get shorekeeper, I might look into farming the new boss for her. Hopefully its an easier farm that the Turtle.. That thing takes like a a hundred hours just to pull itselt out of the ground.

It’s cool and all but it simply will not be better than turtle unless you desperately need that er to hit sk buff requirements, that atk is minuscule compared to the independent damage multiplier and one shot prevention of turtle

I have not been able to get even a decent RG set for Jianxin. So many bell turtles.... (I'm stuck using 2 parts of both Moonlit and Lingering, with a Moonlit bell turtle because it's the only ATK% one that turned out okay with tuning...but goddamn, it's trying to get those 3 cost echoes with ATK% that's truly awful)

Do we know the duration yet of the Fallacy buff? Turtle only lasts 15s, in a lot of teams by the time you swap to your maindps that buff is almost over since it doesn't line up with the 30s buff from sustain characters. I would already say Fallacy is better if the buff lasted for 30s

Hrmmm... Maybe we can cook with healing set spectro rover and this echo. Spectro rover has a heal baked into one of their resonance chains, so you can get the echo set buff while also playing spectro rover more like H rover: ie mash burst then echo and swap off for a good chunk of dmg.

@@pfortunato78 If your definition of suboptimal is the echo skill's damage scaling off the wrong stat, then the geochelone is suboptimal on every healer since it scales off DEF%.

@@saintontas Nah dog, this isn't it. The Geochelone's multiplier is trash for dmg regardless. The new one likely has a significantly better multiplier do to the number of hits (otherwise, it would do like 10 dmg a swing).
