I tried this, and Neil was a ghost, I got Ambassador Crocker's suit first, Cheyenne was a giant rat and most npcs had space suits. Victor was a normal securitron and I couldn't even talk to him. ED-E was a protecton, then a golden gecko. The brahmin and bighorners were Yao Guai and tunnelers Oh and Rhonda was an ant.
