The NEW Victoria 3 Expansion is REALLY COOL!

Today I try out the new Victoria 3 expansion called Colossus of the South. Which adds a whole bunch of new content to South America. As such, I play as Bolivia, trying to form Peru-Bolivia. And eventually hopefully trying to form the Andean Federation, a new major formable nation in the expansion. I'll go to war with Chile, Argentina and Brazil. And try to implement an authoritarian military lead government.

If you check the Federation of the Andes on a new game, you'll notice the disconnected state isn't disconnected. It happens because Chile founded a new culture (you probably got that JE yourself) and removed the South Andean homeland from their capital.

Something I found in my games is that it is _extremely_ profitable to build a single paper mill in every region where you have a government administration. It greatly reduces the cost of paper and therefore your costs to run it. I still had one or two 'paper-making states' using the stacking bonus, but getting a single factory for each needed resource in a region saves you and the factories a ton of money. Note: It's been a week or so since I played, so they might have changed it, but I haven't heard anything about that. And for context on my money savings- I went from losing up to 10,000 per turn to a profit nearly as large as Germany in the early-mid game.

My play as Brazil was the same with the railways. I found out that the workers pay isnt enough for them to work there, I had to subsidise the railways to get some more employees and also make sure that the input goods are cheap, local prices really help if you can get a motor industry and coal in that state :)

This new patch of Victoria 3 is so messed up. I played Brazil and workers never industrialized because of local prices and not being paid enough. I even played a quick game in the Ethiopian region and I conquered a few of the nation's there, until I lost the was because of a bug in the front line system.
