Interesting release from Wilson and Roger. Keen to try this one out when I get the chance. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks the red RF97 was better than any of its matte-black successors. Just a rawer feel and addictingly more stable than my V12 or V13.

I agree. I'm upset at myself for leaving it strung up in hybrid for a couple years without touching it. The frame flexed a bit and the head is more round than oval now.

I‘am very curious if that RF 01 Pro is really usable for normal or intermediate players. Static weight is not so important when the SW stays below 330. I guess the normal version looses the special Fed character and will be just a standard good stick. Any string/tension suggestions so far?

One thing I noticed is that Harry’s backhand looks great after that session working with Coach Rob! Then again, maybe it’s the switch to the RF 01 that’s making the difference😅

Hello I demoed the RF 01 Pro yesterday. It weighed 339 grams and the swingweight of the racket was 317… there is a lot of difference between 317 and 329 from yours. That should have a big impact on how it plays .. what do you think ?

You should measure the balance too. If that's what you got and the swing weight measurement were accurate, it should have a ridiculous head light balance like 10 or 11 pts. I received a Pro that was 339g w/ a 328 swing weight.

I hate this racquet. I hit with it one hour with over grip it’s in Prestine condition with restring zero @ 53 lbs beautiful blue string in there $250 go buy it. The balance is off to me I’m used to head light it bothers my arm and it’s al poly so…feels like I need weight in handle but it’s already heavy! I don’t know what Federer sees in this. Just not for me? Thought about blending the string but…it’s barely used and it has good string in it

Perhaps the n code? The stock k six one 90 zero as closest to Roger’s specs, string spacing, etc. I still play with it and can’t put it down! Precision, plow through, slices and volleys are insane - love it! K Factor!

My psc 6.1 95 4 1/8 grip with no grip, just one over grip, and no lead, no dampener comes to 374 grams static weight. I believe someone switched my racket with a manufacturer's out of spec unit. But then it is what it is.
