David and Tomte are on a pilgrimage to the Hellespont. After a close encounter with the Trolls, their host, a Greek Gnome named Socrates, invites David & Tomte to help take care of some Monk Seals, a very endangered species.
A biologist named Gnosis is about to transport a monk seal named Monica and her baby, Moca, to a safe seal refuge, Seal Island. Nikos, a local fisherman argues with Gnosis, saying that the seals are ruining the fishing in the area. Gnosis says this is not true, it's pollution that's causing the problem. Nikos' children, Melina and Stephanos like the seals and defend them.
