Once you send the pics, they’re no longer your property... so if you ever send those types of photos, you should assume all risks. Not that it makes it right, but that’s just how it it. There are no federal statutes for ‘revenge porn’ and many states don’t really acknowledge that it’s a thing.

There is a good show with interviews that has been following the situation between jasmine, guno and r girl...and I think they are trying to discredit her... she and another girl were interviewed and shared a lot about gino and sugar baby websites, which both girls were on...they showed a lot of receipts. We know gino haa no problem lying and it looks like he and jasmine don't want Gino's past to be public.

it's weird that you guys found this funny rather than being very concerned. what Gino did was very fucked up and shows that he isn't over his ex, not to mention that this is likely illegal. my ex showed me suggestive pics of his ex to me to make me jealous (not even nudes) and it really upset me. he was always one to brag about how many girls he slept with, etc. when we broke up i was very worried that he'd go sending my nudes to other people. what happened to Jasmine is definitely not funny and it happens more often than you think. i hope that the next time you cover this couple you apologise or at least talk about the issues surrounding what he did. it definitely isn't on the same level as Jasmine getting a stripper.
