The Newer Big 12 Football Fight Songs Ranked

A year ago today I released the first fight songs ranked video on my channel. A lot has happened in the world of conference realignment since then so for the anniversary of the fight songs ranked here, I bring you the newer Big 12.

Great list! Iowa State could a little low, but overall nicely done with this list. Big 12 might have the best fight songs now, especially with the PAC12 additions.

Interesting. Cool to hear them all in one place. I have a bias against derivative songs, which some have shades of - though not as blatant as OU’s appropriation of Yale’s Boola Boola. I do have a bias for crowd interaction which is only apparent in a few, like my Cowboys 😅

As an Arizona fan, I can say that while "Fight, Wildcats, Fight" is technically the official Fight Song, you will more than likely hear "Bear Down" more often. "Bear Down" has almost always been associated with the University of Arizona and us Wildcat fans sing "Bear Down" at every game. Bear Down and Go Cats.

I know this is personal opinion, but I feel like you should’ve put OSU higher, it’s the only one with a recognizable and rememberable melody, you could easily sing the ride em cowboy’s anthem while the others kinda all sound the same. But it’s personal opinion so I’m not going to bash you.

Colorado should be rated at 1. BYU & Utah most boring fight song, Arizona better than Utahe & BYU. Villanove & Lehigh Universities in Pennsylvania are the two very worst fight song.
