@davidcole333 That depends on the airline and how they want to configure the planes. I have traveled with Delta in an a320 neo and the experience was good

@@davidcole333 It depends. Window seats are the best compared to the 737 because of the distance between the seat and the window. If you are over 5 10, rip your shoulders on a 737. Other than that, it's a personal preference. To me it depends on the airline, not so much the aircraft itself. On ultra low cost carriers where they put seats even in the lavatories, that extra cabin space of the A320 comes in handy.

And with most of the Malaysian mindset of buying the cheapest ticket possible, premium econ is just another hit to the gut.

@@HowardTan-xv1nt You sure MAS is at it's class? To me they seems like on a "a-bit-expensive-than-low-cost" class. I've flown both airasia and mas a lot over the years. TBH I dont see a lot of differences differences in services. MAS only redeeming points is complementary meals and less stingy baggages rules. MAS is on a downhill for a reason. Up the services first, then up the price.

Malaysia airlines is planning to upgrade there A350s with brand new seats in mid 2026 and trying to improve there catering by adding new choices but for me I think they should really try the Boeing planes like 787 for new destinations like Amsterdam or Berlin

It is very good to ask questions , instead of jumping into ignorant assumptions & remarks ... there's never a stupid question. As everyone can see , the space between the seat and the tv monitor in economy class is nearer as compared to those in business class. Thus , when there is a impact , the 3 point safety belt in business class protects ones spinal / upper body , while those passengers in economy class are able to lean forward against the tv monitor / seat in front of them in brace position during impact. You may also google or ask Chatgpt for more detailed explainations.
