This was fantastic, and it is great when you actually know the different places he's talking about. I was laughing so hard with each new place they went when they first got to Minnesota, and understanding his fear his mom lied to him again 😂. I loved the"Up North" section too. I've had a few boyfriends originally from other countries that had been in Mpls several years, and I've had a couple ask me what the deal was with this going "Up North" once we'd been dating for a while. We're weird to people from other states though too, since we say how long it takes you to get somewhere when they ask how far away something is. Everyone else is looking for the distance and we answer in time lol.

I attended North Hennepin Community College as well! Your set is very accurate and entertaining. I'm not nearly as well traveled as you are but see these ridiculous biases often. So nice to see you have the ability to turn them into humor. If racism is anything... it should be nothing more than a healthy competition. Unfortunately too many people take it farther than that. You seem to have a way of informing these people of their misconceptions without directly accusing them. The world needs more people like you!
