Those “butterfly” nuts are called wing nuts. If you can afford a $ bucket I guess an extra $1 at the bridge? I’m not excited about the increase either. See you out there.

kitty always slays the crab. use a 2 or 3oz Sputnik weight to keep the 10 or 13 oz. snare from moving as much at OB. great video keep it up!...tight lines & crab on!....

Thank you. I started catching the crabs once it became low tide lowest. It was around -0.1 feet, stayed at the same spot.

Add more weight. Use a surf claw or sputnik sinker to dig into the sand.
