A wild food forest sounds incredible! I volunteered at a community garden while studying for my Masters in England and we created a food forest! I was in charge of inoculating the ground, and starting other mycology projects! It was so cool to see mushrooms fruit in an area that was once overgrown, but now provides for the campus!

I have never taken anything apart like that without every 3rd screw head stripping out or the screw breaking. You live a charmed life. LOL I look at all those projects and am reminded why I don't buy a house: Between my job (trucker) and a million other unfinished projects, I'd NEVER keep up with it. Yeesh. Roscoe such a chill pup.

I bought those raised beds from epic and they came shipped in retail packaging and the panels were pretty bent. They sent me a two year old video on how to bend them back. i sent it back and got them from the river company. They were double boxed and the retail packaging had corner protectors to make sure it didnt bend.

Your efforts to recycle your materials are quite noble.However, an absolute must, when creating a flight of stairs is the steps absolutely must be the same height. You do not want three steps that are of different widths and heights. It is extremely hard to judge a flight of stairs like that, especially when you're going down it. It represents a huge tripping hazard. Certainly not something you want on a guest house where visitors might be staying. Might suggest using those boxes for flower beds. Study up on building proper stairs with proper runners on the sides.

They make great security and are protective of women. In exchange for organic food they sometimes leave interesting trinkets once they trust you. You want to prune the trees in the winter while they are dormant, in the spring they start to growing and you may damage them.
