@returnofthegoth2220 That was my very first game of The Night Cage using the Shrieking Hollow expansion, and it did not disappoint! The last couple turns gave me a pretty great adrenaline rush haha, lot's of fun

@tearunnerslab The wait is hard, I know! (see my Anachrony unboxing, haha) If you don't want to spoil the playthrough that's fine, but you might check out the intro/setup portion of this video in advance just to get a visual for the setup. There's more steps around shuffling tiles, making them into piles, adding tiles to each pile, more shuffling, etc. It's all in the rulebook of course, but sometimes it helps to see it.

@tearunnerslab Considering the support The Night Cage has already received with this expansion and the relatively simple ability to add new tile types, I wouldn't be surprised if we see one or more additional promos or expansions in the future. Let me know what you think of Shrieking Hollow after you've had a chance to play it a few times!

Isn’t the rule that if you are lights out you can’t stay you have to move?

@Andrew.Ehrhardt I believe the rule is that when you are lights out you must move by default, but you can spend a nerve token to stay. When you are lit, you may choose to stay and then gain a nerve token. In either case, a tile should be discarded from the candle stack.

What is your favorite monster to play against?

@miscutmorgan3906 Something about the Pathless I find really interesting--like a cross between Wax Eaters and Pit Fiends. And pairing them with The Other adds an extra level of interest. The only monster I never really enjoyed is the Keepers--just personal preference, but I prefer to just pick up the keys. What about you?

@@table_for_one I haven’t gotten to play with my expansion yet! Still waiting on the mail from the KS. I feel like keepers take too many turns to take keys from appropriately.
