Fiberspider this is the perfect scarf/shawl for a special gift. I modified it a tiny bit. Although you published this video 4 years ago, I wanted to express my appreciation for the hard work you put into this beautiful work of art. The counting, the frogging, the many hours spent on it. Thank you for your dedication to the art of crochet. ❤️ you.

I find it absolutely amazing that after watching two different videos of this same pattern in my native tongue and failing to make it work, I watched you and managed to understand how easy the pattern actually is. You are a great teacher 👏👏 Thank you 🙏

So wonderful to see all your projects & how much patience you’ve got to teach us. Thanks a million!!!

I do appreciate your projects and skills. When I alter patterns I call it creative license. Another thing I like to do in the very beginning is a surgical knot so that your precious work doesn't unravel and that is a double loop pulled through like a slip stitch, it pulls out real easy in case you have RIP it. I do like the mandala yarns also for the nice draping and color variety. Keep up the good work, stay safe and Yarn Away 2022.

This was exactly what I was looking for! There’s may dragon tail crochet videos and patterns but they aren’t symmetrical! Thanks for this step by step!

I just made this with Red Heart Ombre - not as drapey as the Manfala would have been, but very pretty - a little more than 100 rows, so it was about 72". Thank you for a great pattern. Thanks for great instruction.

I love this pattern. It seems difficult but actually not. A stitch marker is really helpful here. I mark every 4th row so I know I should skip the last shell. It's going fast.❤️❤️❤️

Great job with the modification. I am a symmetrical kind of guy and this now really fits the bill. I was interested in your modification for the vagabond scarf, but I am not really a granny stitch lover. All though there are many similarities in the two patterns, this is the one for me. I am so glad I found this one. It is already on my list for Christmas gifts. Thank you for all of your hard work and time you put into making this symmetrical version work perfectly! I think I will experiment with a lighter weight yarn to see what kind of an effect I can get. Thanks again!

Love Purple Iguana's patterns and your tutorials! So maybe this is the next one! 💖 finally started 6/23 with Caron Cotton Cakes & 9mm hook...and realized that I did Not like the sawtooth for this yarn and hook combo, so just ripped back and am working all the way to edge instead, like it better. Will try again with a stif 30:56 fer yarn...reminds me of a combo of 2 different Purple Iguana patterns ❤❤❤❤
