How the mother described her feelings. When you can’t believe the world doesn’t stop . It just goes on as normal. I also went through this and had those feelings after the night my mother was murdered. I still have days that are hard to deal with. This whole idea of closure really doesn't exist for those of us who have lost a loved one in this manner. Especially when the guilty party never admits to it or says why. I remember looking out of the hospital window looking at how busy the world was.. in a hurry to get wherever . I was standing at the window crying thinking how can the world go on without my mom?!.

News organizations have not taken the time to fact check details that have caused issues, and the media presence in the town was also incredibly harmful and both were contributing factors in the closure of at least one business. The high school is right next to the courthouse and reporters would harass students on breaks, and were trying to interview people in sit down establishments while they were eating. @@helenr5 BK cell phone was switched on to airplane mode when he was en route to King road so while he was there during the crime it wouldn't have pinged at all. That roommate probably didn't hear too much during the slayings but he most assuredly did. That's why I think by the time he spots her his self preservation alarm starts ringing and he bolts. After a few hours of pacing with no breaking news he can't contain himself and decides to do a quick drive-by to access the situation. I’ll never forget seeing people go about their daily lives and feeling angry with them. I wanted to scream at them to stop talking, smiling, to stop moving. I was grieving and people I loved so much just lost their life and no one had any idea. It made the pain worse seeing the world go on without them, seeing people act so normal like someone didnt just take their last breath. It was eye opening, to say the least. We are so invaluable in some ways. And replaceable. And fragile. Life is so very fragile. You think you’re safe in your own home, with your friends or family, but you’re not. Anything can happen at any moment and you don’t always get warning signs. Why I’m still here and so so so many beautiful people who are more special than me are not.. I’ll never know. Life is unfair. You don’t have an angel watching over you, your choices don’t always dictate your future, and you can’t change what’s already happened. You’ll never wish you could go back in time more than when you lose someone so violently. Just a few seconds and things would’ve been different. Man, it’s rough. It’s rough knowing another person took them, too. Like we don’t have enough challenges in this world. To add a threat from someone who should be an advocate is palpable. I’ll never understand it. But I understand how these families feel. My heart breaks for them. Oddly it breaks more for them than for myself. I wish I could take their pain and bottle it up. There is stuff about the suspect that does not fit with the events or could be taken one way or another. I can't wait to find out what they have on him. He did not look nervous on the traffic stop, he does not look nervous in court. Maybe there is someone out there that did this, and they are not chasing that possibility because they think they have him. He might be guilty as all get out. I just don't know. I hope these people get some relief from this horrific event and that whoever did this pays. Maybe Kohlberger got rejected by one of the girls, and they knew each other. If one of the girls was really into true crime, maybe that's how the suspect met them. What if he had to have known one of them, and the cops couldn't prove it. Who knows.

I also believe in a way that Kohlberger might be framed. So far, he has no direct dna evidence on him or his car after such a bloody crime. There is so much yet to find out.

first off, no innocent person sitting in jail waives there RIGHT to a speedy trial. Secondly, wow look how different he looked sitting there guilty AF compared to how he looks now in his suits and fake/forced smile.

The State often sort of forces it. It's like this: You have two choices. Choice A, we go to trial right away, as is your right. Choice B, you actually have time to read the 20,000 pages of documents we just gave you.

What if theres more to it and involved and he was threatened as well. Not sticking up 4 him I just go by innocent til proven guilty I'd all. I just hope alone or involved or not the kids and families get to rest in peace soon.
@Pllm30Ай бұрын
@@rievaulxlucienne1176 If he's indeed innocent, he would want a speedy. You won't need to wade thru all those documents if you are innocent. But if you are guilty, you would want to read them to see what they had on you.

I've seen it firsthand so someone can have more time for their attorneys etc to conduct their own more thorough investigation and wait to see if there's a smoking gun or any other info or witnesses that come forward to exonerate the person on trial. I've actually seen it more with innocent people than guilty people

That mother and father are a detectives worst nightmare. They continue to leek information and they shouldn't. I do understand. But nevertheless they are the type of close family members that destroy cases. And make it very hard for the DA to prosecute. They need to keep their mouths shut about the crime scene and everything else related to it.

Just don't have a jury like most of the world does. An impartial judge who knows the law and can't be easily influenced like normal people is what you need. Like civil law countries. You common law countries sometimes are ridicolous. I'd never leave my life in the end of a jury of normal highly influenciable people
