Um actually, Matthew Malloy and X-Man are considered to be "Beyond Omega Level Mutants" alongside only a few others which include Franklin Richards, Gabriel Summers, and Absolon Mercator. Also if anyone is wondering why Iceman is considered "Omega Level" it is because he can take any physical damage and then reform by using the moisture in the air, turn his body into water and gas without needing to be hurt at all, create almost anything physical that he wants with ice (basically a green lantern), travel from coast to coast in seconds by converting into water form and reforming on the other side, once he froze the earth and became part of it he then could perceive everything happening on earth all at the same time, and most importantly he can make the molecules of anything go to absolute zero with just a though and unfreeze it, he could be standing on the other side of the world and freeze you. He can do so many more global scale manipulating feats, but Bobby is just too careless and never bothers to learn use his powers to their upper limit.

Um, actually... Mortal Kombat used digitized images of the actors, not motion capture. Instead, motion capturing consists in capturing their movements and using them to animate 3D models. If photographing or filming a person and putting their image in the game is "motion capture" then Goro would be motion captured too, as they used frames of the figurine in different positions, just like they did with the actors.

If youre a full elemental like him then chances are you are an omega level.

For anyone questioning Ice-Man's Omega-level rating: He can freeze things to near absolute zero (as in there is zero motion of molecules). He can also assimilate with bodies of water. Should he loose a limb, he can reconstruct it with any source of water. He can change his molecules to ice/water, so he is near invulnerable so long as there is plenty of moisture in the air, or near a body of water.

@@Prinygod I have a graphic novel of a limited series called X-treme X-Men in which a small group breaks off from the main force *because* they decide that even the Professor *cannot* be trusted with knowledge of the future. I think this was after the X-Men discovered the Xavier Protocols, secret files on how to defeat each and every one of them, should they go rogue (no pun intended). As one member of 5he new team points out in like the very *first* issue, Professor Xavier is *far* more powerful and in a *far* more sinister way than *any* of the classic X-Men villains. Magneto, for example, can take control of your body and make you do stuff, but you *will* know that it is happening. Professor X, on the other hand, can make you *fully* believe you are acting of your own volition.

I don't know what the technical definition of "omega level" is, but based on the *only* omega-level mutant I *am* familiar with, the Phoenix, particularly her Dark Phoenix version, it seems to denote someone capable of devastation on a planet-wide or greater scale (the Dark Phoenix famously made a star go supernova, slaughtering something like 15 billion individuals in the Sh'iar Empire).

Ice Man is considered Omega Level because of his elemental form. When he is made of ice he is functionally immortal and can in fact regenerate any body part that has been broken off or destroyed even if he himself has been nearly completely destroyed.

I always found the omega level ranking in x-man kind of strange... Professor X can literally wipe your memory and make you brain dead and killing you instantly. Iceman is omega level because “Because cold is the absence of heat, Iceman does not actually 'emanate' cold; rather, he decreases thermal energy". To be considered Omega level you have to be able to change physical world and ignore the laws of physics. Professor X's pure telepathy power is powerful, could be considered more powerful than Emma Frost (who is an omega level), however reason Emma Frost is considered omega level is not because of her telepathy powers, but her ability to make herself purely into diamond. Professor X with his cerebro maybe considered near omega level, but not by himself. He was never considered to be omega level officially.

Prof X is not an Omega Level Mutant mainly because his telepathic range is restricted by Magneto thus he's not broken into his full potential, plus Kid Omega is dangerous but I'm surprised you didn't add THE Omega-Level Mutant, Franklin Richards on the List. Iceman is considered omega level because he can influence the entire ecosystem if he wanted to, most of this power remains untapped but he can still create sentient ice constructs and regenerate his limbs while in Ice form, not to mention freezing all moisture in the air, including in the body. Diva was an alien, pretty sure her biology has a way, I mean those stones were pretty preserved being inside her body and pulled out of a bleeding wound. She also willingly put them inside because she knew that they would go for the trunk, which they did, even when she was in the opera she would gesture to Korbin and her belly to telegraph that the stones were inside of her

Bobby Drake's powers are somewhat ill-trained, hence why he doesn't seem to be Omega-level. However, his powers are actually strong enough to control "cold" on an almost conceptual level, allowing him to create sentient ice, transmute his body into gaseous, liquid, or solid form, drain the heat from nearly any object, and *reanimate himself from snow.* He lacks training in the majority of these abilities, however, and for the longest time was confined to a human form with snow armor. Professor X, however, only possesses telepathy. He has no other abilities. While one of the strongest telepaths on Earth, his abilities can also be countered by something as mundane as Magneto's helmet.

I would not call what Mortal Kombat did Motion capture... it more closely was claymation but with people in costumes. Motion capture implies that you are taking the motion of the actor and using it to animate a 3D or 2d skeletor structure. The actors are actually in the game

Umm actually Mortal Kombat didn't lead to the creation of the age rating. It was something being debated about since the Atari and Nintendo days, it was just a game cited around the time they finally made the industry do something once and for all, but it wasn't the only game cited. Night Trap was cited as well. But it was a problem brewing for awhile.

Um actually. Omega level doesn't necessarily mean that an mutant is the most powerful. It's moreso that someone who Omega level has a power that because of it's nature it is virtually impossible to guess the upward boundary of the power level is impossible to truly discern. The reason that Iceman is Omega level is that he can control water at the molecular level. He's not just making ice. He's literally stopping individually selected water molecules from moving beyond a certain speed.
