Um actually, CollegeHumor got the Harry Potter question right. Voldemort didn't die when Lily saved Harry. Both Dumbledore and Voldemort explicitly say this in the books. He had Horcruxes, so he couldn't die. He lost his physical body but he was still alive as a spirit. He had all his thoughts and consciousness. He could travel (to Albania), possess animals and humans (Quirrell) and get a very weak body with Dark magic (in Goblet of Fire). He didn't die until Deathly Hallows. Their ordering is correct.

The definition of being dead is a little fuzzy on this one, Tom Riddle might as well have been 1/7th dead for most of the series. (I don't know???)

Sara Fontanini Yes, that's exactly what I meant. I saw a lot of comments here that said the host was wrong and Voldemort technically died at Godric's Hollow. So my "um actually" is for those comments in general. Voldemort didn't die until Deathly Hallows, so Zeke and the host got it right.

From HP canon, we know 2 important things about death in the wizarding world: it's absolutely irreversible, and you are asked if you'd like to move on or return as a ghost. By this standard, imho we can safely say Voldemort never truly died before Deathly Hallows. It's described as "a fate worse than death" but that wording implies that his fate isn't death itself. And up until his death in DH, Voldemort still had a chance at salvation: if he truly and absolutely regretted splitting his soul, he could piece the remainders of it back together. He could still avoid becoming the creature Harry saw at dream!King's Cross. _"But before you try to kill me, I’d advise you to think about what you’ve done … think, and try for some remorse, Riddle … It’s your one last chance. It’s all you’ve got left … I’ve seen what you’ll be otherwise … "_

Um Actually, Arceus does have time manipulation abilities, mainly freezing time, given that it is 'The Original One' and created the Time Pokémon Dialga then it's likely to also have such abilities. Also they stopped doing Gemstones ages ago, Black, White, BW2, Sun and Moon, not to mention that Platinum is a metal and not a gemstone Um Actually, they only burn _half_ of the headpiece which the Nazis reconstruct unsuccessfully since the other half aids in the coordinates of where to put the staff Um Actually, Tom Riddle does die in Chamber of Secrets, a fragment of Voldemort's soul in the diary, not to mention that his body was destroyed in his attempt to kill harry which is technically death.

voldemort body dies in the first movie yes, his soul fragment dying in chamber of secrets doesn't matter one bit since he has loads of fragments to go. SO, you either consider him dead when his body dies (philosopher's stone) or when all his soul fragments are killed (deathly hallows) there is no in between

The image of Tom Riddle is the Horcrux form of the Diary which dies in Chamber of Secrets too so it can still count

And sure you can count voldemort as dying everytime one of his soul fragment dies, but my point was that if we were to define ONLY ONE of those instances as Tom riddle's death, it's either when all of the fragments die OR when his body dies (implying that tom riddle died but voldemort lives on), or at least it's my interpretation, to me it makes no sense to consider chamber of secrets as tom riddle's death just because he appears as a ghost or whatever, you either consider the first time he dies or the last one.

Um, actually you could argue Tom's placement just about anywhere after Myrtle's. There's Tom's metaphorical death in his transition to Voldemort, the death of his body following Lilly's death, and the death of 2 fragments of his soul before Sirius' death. It would be hard arguing his placement directly before Dumbledore though.

Um actually, the main amphibious species that we are introduced to in star wars is the gungans as a gungan is a main character in jar jar binks and the gungans show up in every episode that includes aquatic planets except for the ones based around kamino. In fact, gungans even appear in the one episode where both species on mon cala are mainly featured.

Putting a Tom Riddle’s death on a timeline is kinda tricky, because he dies several times, and there’s also a thing where Tom died to Voldemort, when he became Voldemort. It’s a good question but it’s hard to have only one correct answer.

I was a bit confused with the HP question as well, reason being you used specifically the name Tom Riddle. We all know Voldemort died in Deathly Hallows. The thing is, one of the Horcruxes, specifically the diary, contained a part of Voldemort that referred to itself as Tom Riddle. This Horcrux appeared in Chamber of Secrets. If you read the entirety of the book, the piece of soul within the diary recieved sustenance from Ginny Weasley who came to the diary quite often about her problems (that sustenance being basically Ginnys lifeforce), and pretty much came to life. When Harry used the basilisk fang to destroy the diary after he was healed by Fawkes's (? unsure of spelling, haven't read book in a while) tears, the venom in the fang was potent enough to basically burn a hole in the diary, thus killing the piece of Voldy's soul that called itself Tom Riddle. So by using the name Tom Riddle specifically, I believed the correct order was, in fact, Myrtle (being that she was a ghost long before Harry was born), Lily (having died the night the series opens with), Tom (having been destroyed in book 2), Sirius (in book 5), and lastly Dumblydork (book 6). I feel like a lot of people weren't expecting you guys to use Tom to mean Voldemort, as he hadn't gone by that name in years, and the only times we ever really see that name used is in Chamber of Secrets, and through Dumbledore's memory of visiting Tom in the orphanage. We all know Tom is now Voldemort, but is Voldemort still Tom?

Um actually, you could technically count Tom and Myrtles deaths at the same time, because when tom kills myrtle he creates the first horcrux and splits his soul. You could say that when his soul splits the person of “Tom” doesn’t exist because that soul has now been split and is no longer the one soul of “Tom” and is now Lord Voldemort. And Voldemort’s death is last of those characters when “Tom’s” (his soul) is after myrtle.
