The Ninth Week: Canon EOS R5 and Canon EF 20-35mm f/3.5-4.5

Hey guys, this one's super short. My family's dog ran away. I didn't shoot much because I was helping my parents put out the word.
My buddy, Gerald, was gracious enough to send me an EF 20-35mm f/3.5-4.5. This lens is really small and light weight. This might have replaced my 16-35mm f/2.8. Haha.

Very interested in this lens for my R6... were you using manual or continuous autofocus with it? What are your thoughts on the lens overall? I don't do much ultra wide work, so a budget lens makes more sense for me

This lens was stuck on AF mode. I like it because it’s fullframe, relatively small and light.

Thanks for watching! I use Adobe Premiere but I’m itching to move back to Davinci Resolve. You can pull some awesome stuff off with your 700D and a VisionColor.pf3 color profile (don’t use the VisionTech.pf3 profile...too flat) Have fun with it!

Update; I never made the switch to DavinciResolve. The price to upgrade to Studio to enable me to edit my R5 H.265 nearly costs as much renewing AdobeCC.

What's the price for this lens Used?

The lowest I’ve seen is $38,000 for a set of three if you want to own a set. What most do is rent like we did. The project these were used for dictated renting these. Honestly, I lean towards spherical lenses over anamorphics.

@@aregal thank you for your fast reply Actually i own Canon M50 with viltrox adapter ef to ef-m I'm a little bit worried about this lens if it compatible with my adapter or not It's around 85 usd

@@7ikayah Atlas Orion Anamorphics are perfect for APS-C but you will need to find a way to support the weight of the lens. Maybe invest in a 15mm rod support cage solution. You shoul be good to go after that. Man, the M50 is a great camera!
