They suck. I bought one, it couldn't handle one jump from a dead battery so I took it back.

@@jamiejonesthecarman Yeah I got it at Walmart. The one I had was 2000 crank amps. The engine needs 650 to 700 crank amps. It was a small V8 truck. The engine turned a little but never fired up. After a couple of cranks the jumper was dead from a full charge. I ended up charging the truck battery with a charger and it started so it wasn't mechanical malfunction.The battery was low voltage at 11volts.
