Listening to this made me happy, the sounds that comes from children enjoying education! Nothing better than hearing happy children, enjoying their classroom environment!

This is brilliant! The noise of learning, controlled chaos, the earned silence.... I don't forget the noise of learning and I WILL EMBRACE IT AS IT RETURNS! Thank you for this awesome symbol of hope for the better days ahead.

I went for a bike ride after class and I had to ride to our local playground, just to hear the kids being kids. I felt the anxiety melt as I sat for better part of an hour. Joy, calm and energizing.

Beautifully said and so on the mark. Beings tears to my eyes. I totally miss the noise. A school is not a school without all the beautiful children making noise!!!

Today I was meeting with a group of 3 8th graders for speech therapy. They're at home and I'm at school. They heard the bell ring and one of the boys stops cold, lets out a sigh and said "Wow, I really miss that sound." OOF

Oh wow..this got me in all the feels..thank you..thank you..thank you..!! Teaching online feels like teaching in a giant dark stadium..and I'm clapping my hands and yelling: 'come here..over here...'..but I can't see anyone..and every now and then we bump into each other. I miss their presence..body language...connections...three dimentional space..and yes..the beautiful noise..and I love how you said :' earned silence'. Wow.

I’ve never liked a silent/quiet classroom. I am a facilitator, not a key speaker. This pandemic year nearly sucked the life and breath out of me. I am ready to see and to hear my high school kiddos, and to feel their energy in the classroom! #SOUNDSOFLEARNING

I am an Educational Assistant, and every word you said is so true. I see these kids hiding not wanting to put on their cameras. These kids are the ones that would normally participate in class are now silent. Some of the students I work with are truly missing the interaction with their peers. I can’t wait to return back to the classroom , I can only image how difficult this has been on the students never mind myself. Thank you for sharing this video.

Hello, I'm a teacher at school and a dance teacher. This year my dance show is about a school and the pandemic. Your video is interesting and I would really like to remake it in dutch so i can use it at my dance show. Do you want to share the sound effects so I can use your inspiring speech.
