Good video, I did the 112 so saw Cauldron Snout about 1am the following night and didn’t even see the cliffs. Really enjoyed this

Great effort and finish position Ross.. the film shows how much an ultra event can change depending on the weather from year to year..your attitude was bob on as you altered your approach to the challenge on the day and stayed positive throughout.. a great example of how to try and do the sport..and as with all your films a totally realistic film of the event.. well done on 5th spot..👏👏👏

Picked it off the sale rack at the Patagonia shop in Chamonix. It’s a great layer when it’s just too cool for a tshirt

Hi, running the spine summer sprint this year any advice??? Food, water, any recommendations???

Cos it’ll be so different in the summer to the winter version, it’s difficult to give any advice you could benefit from. For me the toughest part was getting through the first 24 hours. Once I got over those initial demons of thinking I didn’t have what it takes, I quickly got over it and powered on to the end. It’s all about staying positive.
