This style is meant to be more "information dense" as opposed to usual mapping videos which are meant to show movement of forces better. This isn't a new mapping style for all of my videos, but for very complicated civil wars like this one, I'll use this style. Also, the red borders are for disputed areas.

Hello there, noticed your channel something like a year ago and you always helped me greatly with some China's warlord era's information (others videos are cool too, just farther from my interest) One thing I wondered tho : I know that between 1912 and 1946 there were many provincial reforms, especially regarding Dongbei/Northeast (including Inner Mongolia), however I can't manage to find detailed enough informations about those, especially the moments when : - Inner Mongolia itself was dissolved into 4 provinces (I know, tho, that those were special districts at some point, just like Chuanbian/Xikang and Hainan) - Shanxi & Hebei/Zhili lost their "inner mongol" lands to Suiyuan, Chahar & Rehe - Manchuria went from 3 provinces to 9 provinces (and 2 municipalities) According to some infos I gathered here and there I suggest the first 2 happened very soon after the revolution itself, at least before 1930, and the last one happened because of Manchuria's previous separation, I just wanted to know if you had any answer, or at least a source to look into Thanks for both your actual help to come, if you could give any (don't bother yourself if you can't), and your incredibly detailed videos, even when not 100% accurate since they still help me figure out the events of the period, like the Sichuan wars or on the tibetan plateau (which is often disregarded despite its diverse history)
