I'm coming from Florida been a student of hip hop since almost the beginning, I've seen them all come and go and if I'm asked to pick who's the best to ever do it? I gotta pick Big. The flows, the skills, wordplay, lexicon, the wit, the presence. Nobody encapsulates GOAT more than Biggie. Some maybe close but this dude didn't write on top of being the full package, it was all in his head! Not many other cats who spit nonstop fire and wit off the dome everytime- no weak shit ever.. he was nice as it gets. I would say I listened more to Wu or N.W.A. than Big but to me he's the best to ever do it. Eminem, Jay-Z, Rakim, maybe Snoop, Nas and Tupac in there somewhere and are all close, but Big takes the crown.

Gives me memories of growing up in London , if u listened 2 rap back then in London then u were from or about that hood life . Nowadays rich privelaged kids be listening and be acting all gang which pisses me off . Bcoz the whole point of rap was making it out , making a change not reverting back or glamorizing the struggle . Which I find that in a way they are taking the piss
