Yeah I could tell after the last series that no one was beating this Nuggets team. They're the most complete team left. Tonight Jokic had a "pedestrian" game by his standards and they still won convincingly. Even in the semi-finals every team left, at least in the West, was dependent on their superstars going ballistic every single game and that's just not a winning strategy. Of the teams remaining, the Celtics are wildly inconsistent, the Heat are going to need god disguised as Michael Jordan disguised as Jimmy Butler to win the finals, and the Lakers just aren't built to beat this team. Safe to say my early prediction of a Warriors/Bucks finals was WAY off. Which I'm actually perfectly ok with. I love watching Jokic play and the only real shame will be that he and Jimmy both can't win a chip this year.

The play that got me was at the end of the game when Jokic had the give & go with Murray then drove baseline and kicked it to MPJ on the opposite wing. That was it for me. The Nuggets have it figured out. I've been thinking that since the 1st Round, all the teams (aside from the Heat) look like they're trying to figure something out, but the Nuggets since Game 1 against the T'Wolves look like they know what they're trying to do and they don't deviate from it. If they play well they win, if they don't then games are close.

True shit. The Nugs offense is just too good, they can put up 130 any given night without breaking much of a sweat. LA can't match that, they are a good team and have had a heroic run but this roster just can't score at the same level as Denver and that's crucial in the modern game.

Denver has been the best team in the west all season long. They are deeper and they are more healthier. They made all the right moves in the off-season. This team is fun and they have a clear goal in mind being a championship back to the Mile high city. A lot of teams will try and model how they construct their rosters of Denver indeed wins it all. They complement each other so well. Murray is an amazing streak shooter and still a pretty good player when he's not white hot. Jokic is really good 90% of the time, but when he has an off game he can do rebounds and assists and run the team's offense. Every time one of them has a bad night the other one simply plays better. They can't win with just the two of them but the guys they have around them are really good role players and fill in what's needed to make them a great team. I don't see how Miami or Boston has a chance but maybe if Miami's defense is really tough and they get very hot from the field they can hang with Denver. I think it's Denver in five. If Jokic and Murray heat up at the same time, it's a sweep.

Honestly the key things that did stand out to me is Jamal is a problem for the laker guards. Dlo is not playing well at all this post season and Dennis he honestly pissed me off.
