I wish there was a FUN event in Undertale yellow where anytime you enter a room, literally any room, you are randomly transported into a fight. Sans appears and says "This is my contractually obligated cameo. You really think they could go a whole fangame without having me appear once?". Sans then does one of his attacks, it could literally be any of them. If the player survives, Sans says "Alright, they only payed me enough to do one attack. Hope you enjoyed it, kid. I'm going to Grillby's." and then slides off screen. If the player dies, the game over screen has Sans say "My contract also said I had To say "Get dunked on." If I killed you. So yeah, get dunked on. See ya kid, I'm going to Grillby's."

It's curious the fact that despite clover having more LV than Frisk, he takes less karma damage. Perhaps it's because Clover didn't do the genocide route out of malice, but out of his twisted concept of "justice". That's why he's never seen smiling or enjoying killing in any way.

Tbf, Sans reached his limit pretty fast. Clover, while on 1 hp (mf, u have a dash, u could have dodged that shit easier then frisk). Sans had to make sure Clover didn't have a chance to do anything at all, and also didn't stay long enough to fall asleep and get shot. Sans might've destroyed him hp wise, but he definitely had to try a lot harder and be smart about it.

There's a lot of detail that went into this, perfectly making the fight in a way that fit a battle between Clover and Sans Most obvious, Sans giving Clover no breaks due to the fact that it's likely a lot harder to dodge a bullet than a knife. This leads to him getting tired way faster than normal. The way he steps out of the way when Clover's soul isn't blue is also pretty clever. Then there's the fact that Clover takes less damage to Karma. Probably for two reasons. Either because Clover's malice and intent to hurt wouldn't be as strong as Frisk's, or because 7 of his levels came from pure rage rather than execution points. Another, more minor detail, is the way sans sets up his attacks. Using the bones to make the box very tight and hard to move around in order to counteract Clover's ability to dash around. Even though Clover could've dashed through Sans's Gaster blaster spam and just...chose not to ig

Is just basically survived battle, dodge a bullet is still the same as slash plus the human attack is guaranteed to hit. Sans is the only one who can dodged (Missed effect when attack) and the only reason you hit him because you catch him off guard which is impossible, because if you even off guard him that mean he is already death before you even meets him since he have only 1HP (According to the files) the facts he even live to this point that mean he is always on guard to the point that he doesn't even care to approach random human child and Flowey who basically can kill him at that moment, and if we doing neutral run many there is one Flowey dialogue he said that it took him many save to be able to "defeat" him. Plus strength feats, Sans be able to crush heavy branch into a piece which the human unable to pick it up.

I'll try and answer based on what I understood from you writing Number one, Clover's bullets acting the same as Frisk's slash, which is kind of false? Okay, logically speaking, dodging a bullet is way harder than dodging a child swinging a knife. That's just common sense. Now argue what you will about if sans can constantly dodge that fast, but what you forget is that Clover has two different ways to deal damage. One using the fight button and the other being his bullets while being attacked. All it takes is one soul bullet, big shot, or beam from Clover to land and it would be over. Sans would have to bend the rules of his game as seen in this fangame just to avoid the risk of getting hit I don't understand what you're trying to say with it being impossible for sans to be caught off guard. But all Clover has to do is get sans tired enough to fall asleep, which wouldn't be hard considering how much faster clover would tire sans out. Only reason this doesn't happen is because he wouldn't do this with Clover and would just straight up leave. Sans understands that he has close to no shot of stopping Clover, not when they can save and load. However, unlike with frisk, he doesn't have the need to put everything on the line because Clover doesn't intend to erase the timeline. Hell, his part of the underground would be relatively unaffected by Clover's rampage if this fight were to happen in undertale yellow. Also, if you're using the stick for strength feats, genocide Clover breaks past axis's trash lid and eviscerated the king in one beam.

@@gg.420sans is supposed to be an underdog that cheats, not some overpowered god with lightning fast reflexes. the whole point of his character is that he's weak af, but cheats in extreme circumstances. as for flowey, it's a lot easier to take care of a genocidal flower with a bit of determination than a human with natural and more powerful determination. as for strength feats, it's easy to snap something in half by stomping on it very hard.

Im think clover can "spare" sans, because two factors: -malret conversation, is ver obiusly the talk afect clover, too much to make clover to think in reset posiblity (because is a perfect final for him, but he can think in reset after all, im think because he mantai marlet phrase in the head), and afect how many monster kill, because marlet recleame him for killing the monster and the monsters only kill 5 human and question clover "how many more?" and I think we know the answer, one more (asgore, and flowey is not a monster so it doesn't count), and the dialogue with sans is basically another confirmation of what marlet says - and the second point, Sans surrendered and Clover we have seen that he respects the surrender (except if you killed humans before), we saw it with Marlet herself that when Clover surrendered under her weapon

Asgore isn't a deity being yet to achieve 7 souls to his case but if Asriel fused his and along with other monster souls within him including the human 6 souls, he'll be a 6 dimensional goat god and those magical humans feared that concept greatly that's why they dug the monsters underground betraying them first and Clover is nothing compared to the human grown warrior adult. The only thing you'll find in that common it's that they'll avenge his death and to their perspective they thought they could also avenge Frisk's but then yeah and Sans can probably hold out against a single warrior taking his LV Level of violence and that hatred and sinful deeds as an advantage to cheat his way and hold out meanwhile Flowey would then become asriel and Asriel had destroyed multiverse effortlessly completely before to make his game even more fun and being sadistic against Frisk. Humans in undertale are not that powerful, but they feared the potential aspect that monsters can be infinitely times powerful than they are

Something I noticed in this is that the KR effect on Clover is significantly weaker than the effect in Undertale when fighting Frisk. This could be because unlike Frisk in Genocide route, Clover isn't fully evil and acting in a way to bring justice rather than destroying for the sake destroying so their sins aren't weighting on them heavy enough for Sans to use it against them the same way he does against Frisk in undertale.

It's not that, Clover just didn't kill the same amount of monsters as Frisk to reach LV20. And karma, if we look at how it really works, besides Undertale, negative karma influences the suffering you have caused and your sins Clover is far from having caused the same damage as Frisk in the underground

I like to think that maybe the karma effect will give no effect against clover because of their justice soul so therefore the fight should been way easier since sans can only deal 1 damage without karma effect
