Eighth note, two sixteenth notes (one-and-a) and then three groups of four sixteenth notes. The whole thing is counted One-and-a-two-e-and-a-three-e-and-a-four-e-and-a. I-II IIII IIII IIII (imagine those are notes). On the last two partials of each group (even the first), the notes are diddles. This means instead of playing one sixteenth note, you play two 32nd notes with one stick. Now, accent the FIRST two sixteenth notes of each grouping. This includes the eighth note (one eighth note=two sixteenth notes). Yeah?

Pretty sure its counted 1+pu-let 2 e +pu-let 3 e +pu-let 4 e +pu-let. An eighth on 1, followed by a 16th note triplet on the and (+). The next three beats have two sixteenths followed by a 16th triplet on the +'s. At least, that's what I'm hearing.
