The Odhner H11C7 is a hand-driven adding listing machine. It was made in Sweden from the late 1950s to the early 1970s.

The volume of this style of adding machine is amazing. And working perfectly. Nice machine. It looked clean in your photos. Big dash pot.

Funnily enough someone commented on one of my videos recently saying that he had a Facit 1204, and when I looked it up, it's exactly the same as your Odhner - possibly not that surprising as they were in the same group of companies. Just after that, one of the Odhner branded ones turned up on Ebay - I was tempted, but resisted!!! Nice to see one working, cheers Jaap.

Yes, lots of machines were sold under both Facit and Odhner brands. They probably used whichever one had the best recognition in each territory. I consider this an Odhner rather than a Facit, as its predecessors go back to the Odhner days in early 30s when Odhner was still owned by a bank.

@@jaapsch2 Yeah, I think I'd agree that it's really an Odhner. I know some (or maybe all) the Facit Nixie calculators were in fact a Sharp machine with a Facit badge on the front - it's always interesting how many inter company link ups like that take place.
