Kevin is sort of more of a caricature than most of the others, so it's definitely hard to care about him dramatically - no, I don't really care either way if his relationship is going well. But when they find the right moments to use him, he can be hilarious! Yes, I would miss him. I actually love the dynamic of the 3 accountants. All the fans know of a certain incident in the future where if Jimmy doesn't feel sympathy for Kevin, he has no soul :)

Doesn't Michael actually drink coffee though? I order hot chocolate at any coffee shop if it's cold out because I think coffee tastes like garbage haha. Yes, I am an 8 year old at heart, and at taste buds, and I don't mind anyone knowing it.

I think Kevin is intentionally written as someone you dont care abt/notice, and then every once in a while they slip in something like the actually pretty good band he plays in, or that he just casually won a bracelet one year at the WSOP lmao. I think we are supposed to care abt him as much as everyone else in the office does, very little, and then get the odd glimpses to remind us that we kinda forgot Kevin was a whole ass person lol. The "I have a basketball hoop in my driveway" bit is another good example

Yeah Kevin's flashes of skill at things are always fun. And sometimes being a doofus is fun too :) Doesn't make him a good DRAMATIC character, but a fun character to have around!

Phyllis mostly gets dumped on, which can be not that fun. Pretty soon she develops a fun dynamic with Angela though... I like her, but others are more overtly funny. I think at this point Ryan and Kelly have each run their course though, they'd probably be bottom of my list. I can't think of any future plotline of theirs I think is interesting.

Kevin has his moments, I’d group him with the supporting cast who have less time on screen, but I don’t think anyone deserves to be at the bottom of a list since everyone’s personality is so unique and has something to offer. However, I think the least likable character is Todd Packer, but he is entertaining.

I feel like there's 3 tiers as far as relevance goes... So tier 1 is the obvious Michael, Dwight, Jim & Pam (or Jam). Then 2nd would be Andy, Angela, Oscar, Darrel, Kelly, Toby. 3rd-Kevin, Meredith, Creed, Phylis & Stanley. That has nothing to do w/ how much I like the character but by amount of screen time & relevance to the storyline of the show...To answer your question about Kevin...he's a d**k sometimes, not even by accident. Phylis too...am I the only one that she's a bitch a lot of the time? She gets away w/it because of her matronly demeanor. I'd put her at the bottom of the list w/ Kevin coming in barely above that. I'm not counting Ryan or Jan cuz they're to on & off

It's not THAT crazy though. In terms of personality they've basically been dating like 3-4 years already, they just needed to test out the uh, "relations" part. And presumably that went well in the first week haha. (Okay yes it might've been wise to see how living together was before buying the ring. But plenty of old fashioned folks never did that at all before the wedding, so how could such a concern stand in the way of true love!)

I totally understand what you mean about Kevin. But I wouldn’t put him last but that’s because I find Kelly annoying and I can’t stand Angela as a person. They’re definitely more interesting characters but I would despise them in real life where Kevin seem like a cool guy just stupid.
