Not only are you guys building this amazing homestead/coffee/all the things community space, the amount of jobs you are creating for your town is incredible! The textile plant may have left in the 90s... but 30 years later Jess and Miah came to bring them back! It only takes one or two new businesses to bring back life to an old town. So now, it’s not just who you will employ, but the business dreams of others who may not even know it yet- and who they will employ... and the community they will create. What you’re doing is so needed right now, on so many levels across America. As always, I’m continually inspired by you two. Love you big time🖤

The rental equipment is SUCH a great idea!! I wish I could rent a plucker here. I would also suggest a gas post driver. We set hundreds of posts for cattle pasture and then had no need for more posts, so there was no reason to spend over $1000 on a driver. We got our workout in with a manual driver!

My grandpa was born in 1901. And he was a wonderful man! Such an amazing man! A real farmer. He had so many stories we loved hearing them. He had his own bees, steam engine to thresh his own wheat and oats. And he grew his own meat, food and had a beautiful orchard with all kinds of fruit trees. They canned food. They had sheep, cows, horses, pigs, chickens and other things. There's a deep satisfaction in doing things that have been dreams. Can't wait to see the thing come together bit by bit. Take care to not get buried under all of the responsibility of such big dreams. Good dreams! Grandma and Grandpa cooked there own maple syrup and harvested their own honey from their bees. I say they were RICH! Not in money but in experience and skills.

I think your store project is great. I want to come up there, not that far away, when its finished. Something like this, instructions on natural farming, etc, is absolutely needed. And this store will be a draw for tourists, farmers, homesteaders and people growing flowers alike. My city has an old-fashioned ice cream shop downtown that actually has old penny and nickle bubble gum machines full of gum balls. Believe it or not, small things like that actually bring in customers. They also have old-fashioned coke machines that have the small bottles of soda. People love it, especially the older generation who want to introduce their grand kids to what they experienced when they were younger. Nostalgia is a big seller.

I so love the heart in all your dreams and visions. It's so refreshing to see a person work so hard to include EVERYBODY, regardless of their income level. Thank you for caring so much and loving so well.

So beautiful. Such a dream. I’ve had so many dreams, that are finally coming to fruition and I could not be more thankful to God. Thank you Sowards for inspiring and pushing me forward when I felt the heart sickness of an overwhelming dream and saw no path to get there.

It's beautiful imagine how well you must be stewardining what God has blessed you with, to go from struggling and reposted vehicles to buying property and establishing retail space. Great job, God is blessing your diligence

As a once single mom living on $11/hour, the books for people to read cover to cover but not purchase if they can’t afford it literally made me cry. THANK YOU, Jess. Thank you. 🥹😭

It’s all about Divine Appointments! Only God can give you favor with the Mayor, your new partners, and your future employees. This is all so amazing. How you prayed and listened to His Voice after going around the block several times! I almost cried when you mentioned the name of your roasting company, Beulah Roasting Company. “Beulah” is what The Lord called me, even though I wasn’t married anymore and was raising my five sons by myself. I pray for continuous blessings over you and your family. I hope I can visit someday. 🙏🏻🥰
