As an Xayah OTP, i dont think so. Just read they new lore. (A piece of Shadow Cake.) She is learning with Rakan how to overcome her "traumas". (Unlike a SJW). Also, both of they are important to the Vastayans Lore, and Xayah has a couple of Vastayan Language quotes. (Rakan has only one shared with her) She deserved at least one Tier above D.

I just stopped to think better about her quotes, and i noticed how much wasted pottential its have. Unlinke Rakan, who is deffinetly talking like a troublemaker, dancer, hyperactive party guy, she is saying very VERY random things most of the time. Rakan quotes show how he is very well, unlike Xayah quotes. Just compare her talking in game(alone), to her talking alone in lore. The difference is big as shit. Is just like a complete different person. I think she deserves a Voice Update.
