Lost my dad and this song reminds me of him. I loved this whole album. Aside from that Dexter is a fantastic pianist and I had no idea lol.

Literally my brothers memorial song that we used to sing together when he was still alive. This slowed down version came out right around the time that he passed. Can't wait for the concert I bought tickets to in the US this year.

Saw this live with my brother in 2022 in Brisbane and it was his memorial song too, I hope you’re getting through well, one day we’ll be up there where we’re reaching

Love this song makes me think of my dad. The song hits different on a piano. Excellent piano and vocal skills.

Maybe in another life I could find you there Pulled away before your time I can't deal, it's so unfair And it feels, and it feels like Heaven's so far away And it feels, it feels like The world has grown cold Now that you've gone away Leaving flowers on your grave To show that I still care Black roses and Hail Mary's Can't bring back what's taken from me I reach to the sky And call out your name And if I could trade, I would And it feels, and it feels like Heaven's so far away And it stings, yeah, it stings now The world is so cold Now that you've gone away Now that you've gone away I reach to the sky And call out your name And if I could trade, I would And it feels, and it feels like Heaven's so far away And it feels, it feels like The world has grown cold Now that you've gone away

His voice is still perfect. I would love to hear him and Robert Smith duo this live. That would be magical.

Dexter truely captured the essence of loosing someone all from a piano. I lost someone close to me and this song brought back memeories with that person.. thank you Dexter!

In concert this song was amazing both versions are great but this was really beautiful, gone away is my favourite song of theirs and I cried when he played this. Idk I love both versions but I do think it was a lot better hearing it in concert
