It looks great! And this is exactly the kind of furniture that should be painted. It's sturdy and still has a lot of useful life in it, but it's not antique and will probably never have any antique value. It isn't fine wood, and it looks spectacular now that it's painted. Great work!

There may be some confusion of terms. What you refer to as an Estate Sale, would be called an Estate auction here in Washington State. Sometimes estate sales (basically a garage sale consisting of the total household contents of a deceased person or someone downsizing) are handled by family members but more often than not an Estate Sale Company prices, stages and conducts a sale on the family's behalf for a fee. What doesn't sell is then donated or auctioned by the Estate Sale Co as part of their service.

QCS works well on some finishes and not so well on others. It generally works best on vintage or antique finishes. Not so well on the factory finishes that were put on the tops of furniture. But it is nice to use given no fumes etc.
