ليس من السنة قول صدق الله العظيم بعد قراءة القرآن , والمداومة على ذلك بدعة ، إلا لو كانت آيات على سبيل الاستشهاد بشي حصل في الواقع هنا يقال .كلمتين فقط( صدق الله) قبل قول الآية وليس بعدها ومن البدع الجهر بالاستعاذة والبسملة قبل قراءة القرآن في الصلاة وغيرها وصل اللهم وسلم على سيدنا محمد وآله وصحبه الادلة اولا قال الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام حسبك الآن يعني كفى وفي رواية اخرى امسك لمن كان يقرأ له القرآن الكريم ، ولو كان الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام يقول صدق الله العظيم لوصلنا الامر كما وصلنا مئات السنن او اكثر . قالَ لي النبيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ: اقْرَأْ عَلَيَّ، قُلتُ: يا رَسولَ اللَّهِ، آقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ، وعَلَيْكَ أُنْزِلَ، قالَ: نَعَمْ فَقَرَأْتُ سُورَةَ النِّساءِ حتَّى أتَيْتُ إلى هذِه الآيَةِ: {فَكيفَ إذا جِئْنا مِن كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ بشَهِيدٍ، وجِئْنا بكَ علَى هَؤُلاءِ شَهِيدًا} [النساء: 41]، قالَ: حَسْبُكَ الآنَ فالْتَفَتُّ إلَيْهِ، فإذا عَيْناهُ تَذْرِفانِ. صحيح البخاري ثانيا الدليل على قل صدق الله عند الاستشهاد بآية على شيء حصل بالواقع عن بُريدةَ ، قالَ : خطبَنا رسولُ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليْهِ وسلَّمَ ، فأقبلَ الحسنُ ، والحسينُ رضيَ اللَّهُ عنْهما ، عليْهما قَميصانِ أحمرانِ يعثُرانِ ويقومانِ ، فنزلَ فأخذَهما ، فصعِدَ بِهما المنبرَ ، ثمَّ قالَ : صدقَ اللَّهُ : أَنَّمَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَوْلَادُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ ، رأيتُ هذينِ فلم أصبِرْ ، ثمَّ أخذَ في الخطبةِ. صححه الألباني

i cant believe The Quran is still the same even after 1400 years. I can recite Surah Ad-Dhuha and I have not noticed even 1 difference between then and how its read now. I mean what can i expect? Allah says in the Quran 15:9 'Indeed we have sent this book down and indeed we will be its guardian'.

Could this be during our great grand dad period of time when he was imam of the holy mosque, Masjid al-Haram in Mecca during his service of the 40 long years? His son, our grand dad was imam there for 20 years and when he was in Malaya (old name of Malaysia) he was here in 1927, I have their pic, mom was 7 years old then.

So I’ve gone down a huge rabbit hole tonight researching the origins of how the maqamat got introduced into the Egyptian style of recitation that we all know and love.
