Hi Gabriela, right now time frame for construction of the home is about 8 weeks. That back log is building as we work to meet the needs of the Hurricane recovery efforts. As far as down payment, different lenders have different programs. If you already have land I can do a zero down often times. HATE those ugly barn doors. Barn doors belong in barns not houses. No drawers on top of the bottom cabinets is a big no-no for me as is a sink that has no space to the right of the sink which makes doing dishes awkward .

Barn door flooring with dark oak/birch cabinets everywhere else. Could have pick the vinyl flooring that looks like an oak or lighter wood. What penchant do you men have for barn door decor? You use dark staining, painting like mahogany, to go with semi formal interior furniture yet you pick barn door flooring thru the place and for obvious pantry storage.

I'm sure this home is very nice. I just wish I could have seen it lighter, as the dark wood features really didn't show the home well. Great comments.. thank you. Yes, lighter colors are available. There is a wide range of decor to pick from. Customers get to select counters, cabinets, flooring, appliances, wall colors, accent colors, exterior colors, trim etc. You pretty much get to personalize the home to fit your tastes.

Why is the siding in the intro all bubbling up?

I'm not really sure what you're seeing but it may be the texture of the siding. It's not bubbling up it's done with a wood grain texture that gives it the appearance of rough-cut lumber. Deciding that used on the homes has a 50-year delamination warranty
