Keen to join plank challenge. Feel my back gets tightened and pain instead when doing pkank. How to avoid this? How about breathing? When doing side plank, can the feet be infront one another instead of on top of one another?

If you re getting back pain while doing plank that means your core strength needs to be built . Hold your abs tight and push your pelvis towards your tummy . Start slow in time and build it . Breathe normally .
