She is so true. Well said Ramya, Nothing worked for me until I switched onto Keto and muscle building which worked like a champ.Eating right is the only way to achieve any targets. I started seeing results so early. I live in the US but my mom can understand only Tamil was looking for some tamil videos where I can explain stuff to my mom. Keep it more coming and see if you can do tamil only videos and probably stop mixing some jargons and english stuff. I like your explanations in Tamil. Probably keep your audience only to tamil and we need people like you do the favor of explaining stuff to people who cannot understand any other language. thanks

If you have a back issue , consult a physio first and understand why . You may need to strengthen your core most probably . Strength training can’t be done without weights . I ll post a video soon on calorie deficit .

Hi Gunasekar. I'm Dhanushiya Physiotherapist. It can be a Calf (tightness). Do a proper warm up and Total body stretch to get rid of this. As ramya said u better consult a Physio. And without examine u I too can't come to an conclusion. Nothing to worry.

Can u buy and use brown rice..And eat around 1.5 or 2 katories of brown rice instead of white rice... For 2 months... Then change the night dinner after two months use quinoa or other millets....As usual lunch brown rice....(during this eat proteins and veggies) It's follow for again 2 to 3 months... During this period u lost slowly and healthy lost 5 to 10kgs... Afterwards...1 week go for natural detox... It's all complete within 6 month u lost more weight...Then follow your own comfortable diet..Then make it life style... Drink lots of water... Try with intermittent fasting... Go with positivity...Stay healthy...
