It's really good. The first half of one piece is masterpiece of epic proportions. And I would recommend anyone to try it. It's to me the most original, in depth and engaging fantasy world since Tolkien himself.

one thing to mention is that roger and his crew said they were to early to do anything even with their information and abilities. they need to wait 20 years for certain people and other things to be ready. thats why he opted to start the great pirate era seemingly.
