It's getting more obvious. I feel like I'm transitioning into it. I feel my body having some shifts in energy, some movement, some release. I feel my chronic back pain activate too. The body is tensing, sweating, getting hot. Today I cried, because this is me, a long lost me, I remember feeling myself like this last time when I was a kid, this is no doubt me, pure and innocent love. I feel so sad, because it's been so much time. Oh my god I'm still me, I didn't lose it

Thanks Angelo. There's an expression I learnt from a Palestinian. It's an expression which conveys a non sexual love between men. A connection and brotherhood we don't have in the west. So I'll say it to express my feelings for your daily content and efforts to wake us up: Shurkan habibi

When I close my eyes and I inquiry it´s easy to see the thoughts, as you said: " don´t entertain ideas and thoughts.." but it´s not easy when a huge emotion of sadness or rage appears...that has more power and I try to see it and not running from it, I try to be open space for those emotions...sometimes it works and the emotion stays there for a while and then disappears, but other times it is just impossible.

I laughed a good seven or so hardy laughs. This mind is exhausted. Beautifully exhausted. There has been a great deal of turmoil and suffering lately and.... eh.... mooo William Koscielniak has suffered so much, as all Ego's do. This narrative with its tragedy and heroism and all of that beautiful poetic nonsense. What the hell is the difference between a dream and an ego narrative? The hell if I know. Some character has believed himself to be the center of everything and naturally has suffered. This isn't a narrative. What is the case isn't a narrative. It is not heroic or tragic or suffering or non-suffering. Thank you for this. Thank you. Much love.

A week ago this video would've sent me into despair. Now I am laughing. How could I not see it? Strangely, I cannot imagine what it felt to not see it. Intellectually, I remember not getting and how I felt frustrated, but when I think back, I can't relive that emotion the usual way we reexperience emotions when we recall an event. Thank you for everything you put out there.

Every second counts is about eyes awake - abre los ojos. If you’re here more often, you can double, triple and 10X your lifespan. If you’re not here, you can trap yourself into holes and stories that take away the luster of the moments, the vividness of wherever you are.

Interesting! The mind went very quiet but kept having subtle fluctuations that either tried to grasp or conceptualise the previous moment or a subtle fluctuation would turn into thought. Trying to stay in now does show the continuous the coming into existence and going out of existence of each moment. Hard to still the mind though - subtle grasping kept subtle fluctuations going.

What happens if the addiction to mind is rewarding or makes you happy? Maybe addiction is a strong word. What happens if you like it? Some others have said mind/ego is the agency of creativity. As a child, I wanted to have a life where I was rewarded for staring out of window and thinking 24/7. I've achieved this. But need to make sure mind is a tool, not a master.

It is very simple and seems simple and it also seems everyone is there a lot of the time or some of the time, i.e., thoughtless action or nonaction or witnessing. I call them meditative flow states, but when you get "lost" in certain things. Not lost in thoughts which can be confusing since they are similar but even that could maybe be pure. Because thinking is a sixth sense like seeing, hearing, touching, feeling, etc. Mind is a tool though. Are you not using mind to make this KZbin video? To speak in language?

I'd slightly disagree with that statement. I use the term non centricness since the key factor is the loss of sense of any kind of center. Whatever thoughts or ideas you have running at the time don't really mean much. Joy as in blissful joy then yes that is not there. But with the peace there is a sense of awe and Apreciation to how beautiful the world is when it's viewed without the distortion of a self relating to everything. When I lived in Plumvillage they used to say enjoy all the time and there is a sense of enjoying and feeling a soft childish happiness or peace and at the world around you. When you've had alot of these non centric experiences they change. The sense of awe and amazement will dissappear since that is actually the self (although hardly noticeable) in the background reacting. What I always say is focus on the distortion towards what you're experiences instead of trying to change your beliefs etc about the world. It's easier and more direct. Good luck with your practice!

yes it's obvious, it's just "this" and not conceptualized, so why am I still watching this video? I mean, sure, it's just happening - but there's still this side that wants to confirm the blatantly obvious in a conceptual way (and wants to get something out of a conceptual understanding of this)
