Johny was pretty damaged after the war against Taras. I Think Voevoda would doniminate either way, but a fresh prime Brzenk against that monster would be a match for the ages!

Who would win Voevoda when he was at his level or Levan
@thedarkside132 жыл бұрын
First of all, before the match with Voevoda John faced Taras Ivakin and got injured. Secondly, he wasn't in his prime that's why he got beaten by Veovoda. Fact. Voevoda in his prime was beaten by Travis in both hand (right hand in 2003, left hand in 2005). When he got returned to arm wrestling in 2007, John Brzenk challenged him but he didn't accept the challenge and chose to face off with Michael "Under The Table" Todd. He knew there was no chance against John...'cause 2006-2009 John was a monster.

как увижу Воеводу , то сразу вспоминаю про отложенную на пять лет пенсию. Видно пенсия важнее , чем выкрутасы на турнике. 😥

Would have been a hell of a lot more impressive had he beaten John in a super-match format. 1 round doesn't really say much... John could have potentially made a small adjustment and then crushed him the next 3 rounds. I don't understand why they didn't make it at least best out of 3.

While I don't think Brzenk had enough for him had he not hurt his arm pulling Taras I think it would have been a great match after John would have peeled his wrist open.

John had damaged arm after the match with Taras....Maybe thats why he lost with Alexey.....
@hurukano34032 жыл бұрын
Match between John and Voevoda was before the fight against Taras. Engin Terzi said it few times and showed proofs. Pulling John movie was intentionally produced that way to add more drama.

@@hurukano3403 John had to win his weight class only then he could pull Voevoda... right ????

John and Voevoda was last match of tournament right ??
@hurukano34032 жыл бұрын
@@zoltanvarga7187 I don't think John had to win his weight class to be classified in open category. Taras was also present in open category even though he didn't win it(I believe John won 95kg class but not sure). Fight between John and Alexey wasn't last of the tournament. The final match was Voevoda against Matt Grindner despite the story presented in Pulling John movie. Matt had beaten Travis and (not sure) John in open category. These facts wasn't dramatic enough so producers had to make some tricks during the production process to make movie interesting enough for the audience :-)

He beat a worn out John to be fair. Tara's brzenk took some out. But a fresh big John in a vendetta mite of gone different

Not quite in John's prime but Alexey was definitely as strong as the title makes him sound. 2006 John would've killed him imo
@random_birch_forest2 жыл бұрын
Not really, Alexey was 24 in 2004 and only growing in strength and experience. No way Brzenk would have beaten him in 2006
