Crumble is my favourite cozy winter desert, apple is my firm favourite but I stumbled across using some of my store cupboard staples make a pear and stem ginger crumble with an oaty crumble topping 😋 I always have tinned pears 🍐

Huge portions, girlies!!! I cook my apples in the microwave for 7mins, and cool before topping. The apple pieces are still a little firm. I love your crunchy topping!

Funny! I just made similar brown sugar custard by simply replacing white sugar for brown and using half &half instead of whole milk in regular custard recipe, and us3d in a cake filling! It was a hit❣️

I love apple crumble and have tried many variations \ recipes but never tried streusel topping. I do rinse the apples with some fruity olive oil and lime juice with some orange zest, grated nutmeg and bits of fresh ginger!
